Security is part of the architecture, not an add-on. This is what is in place today.
Isolation at database level
Every company's data is separated by row-level security policies in PostgreSQL, enforced even if application code fails.
Permissions on the server
Administrators, managers and members only reach what their role allows. Every sensitive action is checked on the server.
Protected accounts
Passwords stored as scrypt hashes, sessions in secure HTTP-only cookies and limits on sign-in attempts.
Traceable time records
Corrections require a reason and keep who changed what and when. Nobody silently edits their own history.
Payments by Stripe
Card details go straight to Stripe. Teamfold never sees or stores them.
GDPR tools
Each person can download their data or delete their account. Each company sets how long records are kept.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Teamfold for?
Small and medium-sized companies, service businesses, sales and field teams, and any organisation that wants to stop spreading its work across spreadsheets and separate tools.
How does time tracking work?
Each member clocks in and out from the browser. Times are recorded by the server, durations are calculated automatically and corrections by managers require a reason that is kept in the history. Teamfold helps organise attendance; it is not a legally certified attendance system, so check the rules that apply in your country.
Who can see what?
Administrators manage the organisation, managers see the people assigned to them, and members see their own records. Permissions are enforced on the server and in the database, not just hidden in the interface.
Is my data secure?
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sessions use secure cookies, and every organisation's data is isolated at database level. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
How do I pay and cancel?
Each person subscribes with Stripe Checkout right after creating their account and manages their card and invoices in the Stripe billing portal. You can cancel at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment. The subscription is monthly and you can cancel whenever you want.
Which languages are available?
Portuguese (Portugal), English, French and Italian. Each person can choose their own language.
